About Us

simone  •Simone Wade has been riding horses since she was 7 years old. She started out with Dressage and then moved to Hunter Jumper. Her first job was exercising race horses for the Iffizheim Track when she was 12 years old. When Simone was 28 she moved to the US and quickly picked up the western riding discipline such as barrel racing, sorting and roping. Now with 22 years experience with horses Simone owns a 160 acre ranch in Simla, Colorado. She brings in 10 to 15 horses per year selling at an average of $2000 per horse.

bret

•Bret Wade has been working with horses, sheep, goats, chickens and cattle since he was 8 years old.  He was the president of his 4-H club when he was 10 years old.  His first business was at 12 where he cleaned up after the horse of the Kings Ranch in Parker, Colorado.  Bret went on to compete in Quarter Horse events at the national level.

Bret and Simone started a ranch supply company in 2002.   The small business made on average $10,000 per year so after 4 years they converted the business into training and selling horses.   Their combined experience of over 40 years in the industry is sure to help them know what people need. Bret and Simone also have corporate and military management experience.

NOW

Years ago (2007) we got 160 acres in eastern Colorado.  We built our house and barn.  We still love to train horses.  We also sell quality pastured beef and chicken eggs.  We started to sell organic produce in 2010.  Some veggies grow good in eastern colorado and some don’t, so there has been allot of trial and error.  We hope that we can expand every year.  Now we sell pumpkins in the fall.  Check back with us from time to time to see how the farm is doing.
